I just bought a new graphics card (Msi M9 380), previously I had a Nvidia GeForce 660. I was playing games without lags, but now with much better card I have lags. I have all drives installed. Maybe should I update my Bios or something? Pls help.

You would want to replace that, the only review I could find on that thing gave it a 4 / 10 rating which is horrible for anything that is running a gaming system.

For a 380 get about a 500 + watt good quality power supply, XFX, EVGA, Seasonic, Antec, nothing in the cheapest prices from them, a good quality power supply would be about $60-80 for something mid-range. Also make sure your old drivers are wiped, uninstall all video drivers, run DDU, install the AMD drivers.
What is the rest of your system?
Did you clean out the old driver first to eliminate the possibility of conflicts?
What is the make/model of your PSU?
