I have a question about my amp

When I hook up one of the Eva jacks to my amp it works fine but when I connect both of them together I get a Amber and red led and loud humming noise

Look in the amplifier user manual for what Amber and Red LED means.

If you don't have the manual, try manufacturer's website.

Make and model of your amp might help.
I will guess that you have the bridge switch in the wrong position.
