Solved! I have a RCA Galileo Pro and I had done a factory reset on the tablet so that I can restart it and take the old Gmail account

Trying to fix my tablet I did a hard reset will a factory reset and their old gmail account is still on there I cannot get into the account I can't change it I'm trying to figure out a way for me to wipe the drive clean and put a new email address email address on there

You'll need to contact the previous owner as they did not turn off frp/theft protection when they sold/have it to you.
