I have a Samsung 2014 4 k 6 series hard wired internet, while watching TV or andriod box sometimes it a message popped up sayi

While watching TV or andriod box a message popped up saying network cable is not supported. My TV is hard wired to the internet. I did all the suggestion to fix it, even reset it, still happening
