I have a samsung galaxy tab a...its properly charge....but in a security thing....i pressed ok...then it keeps reloading the logo..."Samsung Galaxy Tab A"....i cant shut it down cuz its built in battery....so i cant factory reset it please help me.

You can reset it to factory defaults without a battery pull, in fact even if the battery was removable it wouldn't reset the phone. A battery pull merely causes a phone to shutdown & restart, that's not a factory reset. .
