I have a Samsung galaxy tab E. Now when it is fully charged, it won't turn on. When I press the power button, it shows the initial Samsung galaxy tab E and the screen stays with SAMSUNG written on for the whole time until the battery dies. Please help.

Solution
Try starting it up in "Safe Mode". If it will load, although access will be limited, you can then find out what is the problem. Bad app, bad update, virus, malware, etc. Remove the problem and restart the device (turn it off and back on). If that doesn't work you may have to either "Hard Reset" it or take it to have it looked at as a hardware problem. NOTE: If the device is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar...
