I can get Netflix on my Vizio smart tv but cannot sign into Prime as I do not have a keyboard

Do you have the remote? I thought all the vizio smart TV remotes had a keyboard on the back?

If nothing else there should be an on-screen keyboard to use.

When you go to the sign in area for your PW and user account, you should see an on screen keyboard come up, use the remote navigation there. Or attach a USB keyboard to the thing. I actually got a wireless keyboard with a touchpad to use with my TV, makes typing things a lot easier. If you get a back-lit one, even better.
