When you go to the sign in area for your PW and user account, you should see an on screen keyboard come up, use the remote navigation there. Or attach a USB keyboard to the thing. I actually got a wireless keyboard with a touchpad to use with my TV, makes typing things a lot easier. If you get a back-lit one, even better. Do you have the remote? I thought all the vizio smart TV remotes had a keyboard on the back?

If nothing else there should be an on-screen keyboard to use.
