I have a ZTE Max MetroPCS cell phone. The charge cord keeps coming loose from the phone. Where or how do I get this end tightened on the cell phone?

Sounds like you need the port replaced on the phone. If the phone is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not you can either try and do the work yourself (if you feel comfortable with that) or take it to a local tech.
