I have an Acer Aspire E15 touch laptop with Windows 10 and my keyboard will not work to even type in my password unlock it.

I have an Acer Aspire E 15 touch laptop and have upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. Now my keyboard or mouse can will not type in my password to log into my account.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try it again.
- If this will not work, connect an external USB keyboard and see if that will work or not.
- If the external keyboard will work uninstall/reinstall the Keyboard driver from Device Manager.
- If these will not work either last option would be to reinstall Windows.
- Again if reinstalling Windows will not work then it's a hardware problem already.

I have the same issue , however its only the "Enter" key on my ACER ASPIRE - E-15 E5-571-3303 numeric key pad does not work.
It has happened after installation of Windows 10 OS.
