i have an amd processor laptop and i want to enable the virtualization but it is not showing in the bois mode

i have an Acer Aspire E 15 amd processor laptop and i want to enable the virtualization but it is not showing in the bois mode...so, can you suggest me how to solve that thing...either through ourselves or service centre ..actually i want to use two operating system at one time so, a virtual box is required for this but virtual box wants to enable virtualization....
