I have an engineering version of a dell laptop latitude 7960, test mode was on the screen so my cousin disabled test mode through the bcdedit command. I was told that the touchscreen is indefinitely inoperable because the watermark was tampered with, and that the laptop may be inoperable. Is there a way to recover?
