That should run Win 10 OK. I have a much older, much cheesier Tosh laptop running Win 10.

In what way is this 'struggling'?

Yes that one. Actually pretty sure it has 8gb RAM. Everything is slow. From booting up. I may put SSD drive in see if that helps.

Yes an SSD would help.

Does it still have the original Toshiba bloatware installed?
