I have Apex LED Model LK-2212 . When i try to play any video file through USB the video appears as small preview . I cant find

There is a possibility that the video resolution for the file saved in your USB doesn't match with the Apex LED you are using, try changing the settings of resolution in both and see if it will make any changes. Check the video on computer if it appears normal.

On computer it's working fine when I view in full screen . What will the resolution for 22"TV. Does this happens I don't think resolution of video must match with TV. The aspect ration is also appearing as lock and auto.
