Yes, anything can be 'fixed'.

However, it would probably cost at least as much as a new 60+ inch TV.

Possibly look for one for sale (or free) locally, that is differently broken. Merge the two into a working TV.

The only way to 'fix' a broken glass panel is to melt it down and make a new one.

Since the panel is the most expensive component in the TV by a significant margin, you can expect to pay as much if not more for a replacement panel + labor as you would on a new TV without the benefit of full warranty. In all likelihood, not worth bothering with. Better off getting a new TV with new warranty.
