I have documents on a micro memory card. How do I transfer them to my Samsung Tab 3?

Well the Galaxy Tab 3 has a microsd port, what is the problem?

Either insert the SD card into the tablet directly or connect the tablet to your PC with USB cable and connect the SD card to your PC via an adapter and transfer that way.
