I have downloaded google earth on my phone but cannot get earth to show. the screen is black with just the symbols showing.

I have a samsung smartphone and have downloaded google earth. When I open the app I get earth come up, it then changes showing the symbols but a black screen. I have deleted the app several time and re-downloaded but I always get the same problem. Can anybody advise me.

What is the model of your phone. Google Earth is heavy app ( old smartphones cant handle it proper ). Try to clean the chace and data (from phone menu) and open it again
