I have dropped my HP laptops. It starts but on the login page it sticks. There is no external damage. What should I do

There might be some internal damage. What is the full name of your HP laptop? Maybe your model will allow you to unscrew the bottom panel and make sure the RAM modules are properly seated, possibly also the harddrive.

Replace your laptop RAM....likewise does it hangs on BIOS settings too
