I can't open my mobile because I have forgotten the google account.
How to change my google account?

Go to G-Mail on your PC and if you fail at the password stage, select the option marked "Forgot Password". There you'll have to answer security questions only you should know and have a reset code to a secondary e-mail address or to a mobile device.

Once you've reset, store the new password somewhere safe and your phone should be useable.
