Ever since I had a virus in March 2017 (I have run various full scans and full viral removal programs multiple times now) I have been unable to use various internet utilities. Google Classroom just displays part of the header and nothing else, Google Forms looks like it was made back in the 90s (And there is only the text of the button to continue, clicking on it DOES not work) Captchas do NOT appear, and various sites such as youtube to mp3 and Online Video Converter do not work due to "Being unavailable from your region". However, using a VPN such as Betternet fixes most of these problems, but I obviously do not want to resort to much slower bandwidth.
I live in the East Coast of the US, so having this issue (that I have searched about online and NEVER found any case even remotely similar to this) seems extremely uncommon

EDIT: Although I did reinstall windows (8.1) in January (as my boot SSD failed), the issue started in March, after I was infected
