I have hp laptop and it has 4gb ram 4 gb graphic and 1.7 GHz processor. So i want to change processor of my lapy.. what i do?

You make no mention of the laptop model and what processor it has. Some laptops will allow you to swap out for a new CPU, but the majority don't as the CPU is soldered onto the motherboard.

Most likely the answer is buy a new laptop. Most can't be changed and if it's some 1.7 GHz processor it's a low powered setup so the laptop wouldn't be able to cool something faster
