I have no internal space!

I don't have any apps I can uninstall to get space and I've tried clearing data and cashes but it doesn't work!! I've tried transferring my pictures, videos and music but I have no more to transfer! It's really frustrating and I don't even have enough space to download a file manager. The 2 apps I have can't run with hoe little space I have
