I have office on my student PC. Can i get it on my home PC free from my school?

You'd have buy your own Students Edition to use it at home.

talk with microsoft to see if your school under there edu discount program. you wont pay full price but you should be able to get a good discount for students. if it a download link downlaod it and then copy the iso image to a usb stick and save the oem code.
