I have reset my lenovo ideapad 500 to factory settings after restarting a windows related message pop up saying windows install have failed after when i start my laptop only showing lenovo logo and shiwing restarting and kept on repeating the process

Use the recovery disk that you suppose to make and reinstall the os.

Did you launch the factory reset from within Windows (Settings>Update & Recovery>Recovery) or did you use the Novo button?
