I have SAmsung Galaxy Tab 3 nd it has suddenly collapsed while it was placed for charge. What do I do ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 from which I operate all applications (i.e WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, hike..) it tab was placed for charging, I heard it beeping to the new message arrival nd when I tried to get access to it, I found it has collapsed. Not responding to any input. But it's not saying that the number is switched off. I rang that number from my phone,I heard it ringing but no response. please help ?

What do you mean it "collapsed"? Try rebooting the tablet see if it starts up again.
