I have samsung led 32 model ua32eh6030rlxl with 2 HDMI in n one trs out, one sab true hd + arion tech model af 8012h, sony ht ct390. My problem is since my tv has no arc HDMI and no optical out put l am not able to enjoy sound of ct 390. Any intermediate hardware solution ?

Your best bet would be using this:

It is an audio extractor. Simply connect it between your DishTV and Samsung tv. The HDMI passes through, and the audio is extracted. You can then connect the optical out of the extractor to the Ct390 sound bar.
