I have sj7 .now when having both sim cards inserted.i try to call .it appears on screen (unfortunately your phone has stopped)

Unfortunately phone stops on calling .(when both sim are inserted.but if one sim present then no issue .

Somewhere in the Settings menu, possibly under the Calls heading, there will be a setting to select the prime SIM you want to use for outgoing calls.

Without making that choice, the phone doesn't know which one to use.
