Solved! I have Sony wireless headphones wh-rf400 and a lg pled tv and can’t get connection to work . Can you help?

Your mystery model LG TV may not have a headphone or analog audio output so to connect the transmitter for the headphones you will need to use an optical to analog converter. Check the TV manual on how to turn it on & set it to PCM.
You may also need to turn the TV speakers off.
