I have two home theater's speaker but i dont have any woofer.

I have two hometheater speakers.but i dont have any woofer.can i connect them with my led tv or with my phone?

If the home theater speakers are passive then you would need an amplifier of some kind to connect them to your TV or phone.
If they are active then they should connect to the headphone out of your phone and TV. If the TV only has digital audio out then you might need a digital to analog convert to connect that.
