I installed win 10 on my tosheba not it starts but only to the toshiba leading inovation showing

I installed windows 10 on a toshiba with win 7 and now when I press the start boutton it only goes as far as the black screen with the toshiba logo and leading inovation with 3 arrows to the right please help!!!

Sounds like your device either didn't like the installation of 10 or isn't accepting the installation of 10. I would try uninstalling it, going back to 7 and see if that resolves your issue.

I can get past the black screen , I tried turning it on and pressing F8 several times no luck....
