I just bought a nextbook flexx 9 for my son for Christmas and it is stuck on the loading screen... HELP!!!

I jus just bought a nextbook flexx 9 for my son for Christmas and we are trying to set it up.... we turned it on and got through the first couple of steps and when we connected to internet it gave us an automatic setup option which we chose and it took us to a blue loading screen that says just a moment... it's been stuck on this screen for an hour so we shut it off and turned it back on and it's still on this screen... I powered down 3x and it wanted a password to do anything with it and we haven't set up any accounts because it won't let us even get to windows please help! Christmas is tomorrow!

Try turning it fully off, and then making sure it has no way what so ever to connect to the internet. Including turning off your WiFi if necessary. And then trying to restart it.

If that doesn't do it, I would then hang on to it until the place you got it from is open again, take it back and make them give you a new one.
