I just got the newest Samsung and it keeps saying when I go into it Error retrieving information from server [DF-CHARTA-01]

I broke my phone so I got a new one and it just won't let me download anything netherless when I click it it just says Error retrieving information from server [DF-CHARTA-01] and I don't know how to fix it, HELP !!!

Looks like it's a Google play store prob. Not much you can do about it until they fix it
