i just hard reset my tablet but it didnt clear everything so what can i do

its saying sign in with a google account that was previously synced on this device but i just got it from the store last week. am trying to set it up for my granddaughter

If you just got it at a store, check with them why it's saying it was synced before, maybe you got a return.
