Solved! I lost my phone number how I can rest my facebook password?

I lost my that phone number which in my facebook account but now how can I rest my facebook account it's log out now?

Use a PC to login to facebook ... and then change your password ... if you cannot remember it then they will send you an email to reset it. Make sure you can login to your email from the PC too. Once back in facebook delete the reference to the old phone number.
