I lost my USer Manual

How am I supposed to charge my Hype Hydro Sound Bluetooth Water Dancing Speakers? I got them as a Christmas Gift and of course it might have gotten thrown away with rest of the wrapping paper. My question is how do I charge it? Do I turn it on to charge or leave it off? The red light to show its charging usually comes on when its on but...Idk can someone please just tell me how please?
