Do you have the User Manual?

Not sure what all you have tried thus far.

However, I found the following link online via a Google search using "zenfone laser 2 audio configuration".

Start with the User Manual and take a look at the Wizard settings.

Manual is quite lengthy and it would not suprise me that the necessary configuration setting would be in another mode setting.
