i need a cheep laptop for my son he needs cd laptop for sims 3 help?

i wanna help my son in all but all the cheep ones are like tablet kinds and they dont have cds my son said. i hate the new laptops!

Some still come with dvd player, you just have to look at the spec on the laptop. Or your son can buy digital games that don't use DVD.
And what your budget?
