I need a good air cpu cooler...

My rig:
Motherboard- M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU- fx-8320
GPU- gtx 770 4gb with acx cooling
RAM- 8gb of Vengence RAM
PSU- CX600 by Corsair
Case- NZXT Switch 810
HDD- .5 tb (I think by Sandisk)

I think I want to get a new cpu cooler because the stock cooler for the 8320 is fairly loud. I would like an air cooler between $50 and $80. I also want to start a color scheme for my computer, either black and gold or black and red. I would like the cooler to be one of those colors. My last question is will my psu be able to handle this load? I will probably upgrade to a 750 watt after I get a cpu cooler. What are your recomendations for a psu as well? (Sorry if this seems like a lot to answer, im just trying to keep everything in one thread...) Thanks to those who reply!!!

Hyper Evo 212, if you look at some benchmarks by google you will find that it can beat $60 coolers.

I agree with the Hyper 212 Evo. It's definitely the best you can get for $30.

Definitely Noctua NH-14D or NH-U14S without any second thoughts. But in your case go for cooler master gts v8 and it will give you very good performance with red color led fan for your desire spec
