I need help buying a tablet.

i want to buy a drawing tablet, that is good enough for drawing. but since i am not a pro i dont want to but an entirely drawing dedicated tablet either. nothing like wacom.
i was thinking more of a tablet with regular uses like a normal android tablet with all the functions, but which can run a decent drawing software nicely and makes great drawings. i'm a beginner so i dont need that much precision. I dont want it to be too much costly so apple ipad is out of the question. what should i but? is nexus 7 good for drawing?

I'd recommend a Windows tablet, not Android. Windows 8 has the Fresh Paint app for free, and it is really good. Plus, there are many other art apps in the store and you can do desktop applications too.
