As for as the budget I want to stay within about $900(pre-tax, S&H, etc.)
Battery life also not a huge deal, something around maybe 2 to 3 though I dont plan on having it unplugged much, maybe during travel.
From the research I have been doing ASUS seems to fiy my budget for what I want but also not a huge issue although i have heard alot of bad things about lenovo's
Nothing too much smaller than a like a stardard 15"
Nothing too bulky, i can be a bit shallow
If you check the links I've posted those are what I have narrowed it down too. The newegg and tigerdirct product are pretty much the same so i wanted to see if anyone noticed any serious difference.
The best buy has a faster hard drive(7200 vs 5400) and a higer rated video card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M 1GB DDR3 vs ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 1GB DDR3), but slower processor( Intel Core2 Duo P7450 @ 2.13Ghz vs Intel Core i5 430M @ 2.26Ghz)
Also the best buy has 4GB DDR2 vs 4GB DDR3 RAM. Is it really that much of a difference maker?
