My laptop was slow so I rested and now it got done loading but now it has it on the computer screen install windows and it fail and it says preparing and loading what can I do please help fast and I have a asus windows 10

You could try installing windows through a usb.

Your CD may be corrupted. Try using a different CD/ or USB with Windows installed.
