I'm desperate for help! I've tried everything I know but to no avail!
The story: Recently, I upgraded my hp tx2500 to windows 7...everything's working fine.
Then I go without using it for about a week and a half and then upgrade the cpu (I use the service manual, everything's plugged back in and works)...except the touchscreen/pen. They don't respond in any way/shape/form.
I've tried uninstalling the drivers/reinstalling them but it won't work! I've been searching around and I can't find almost any helpful info on what to do! When I try to configure my screen I get an error saying "A compatible tablet was not found"
(A bit of info on the side...not sure if it's relevant but okay: I also used a water based commercial LCD screen cleaner to scrub the screen clean...not sure if that could have damaged it...highly doubt it actually).
Is there anything I could do/try to locate and solve the problem?
