i have a toshiba satellite l350d-214 and for some reason i am no longer about to take photos /videos on it can you help me

When you open My Computer, is your webcam showing in the list or as an icon? If it is, what happens when you click on it?

Also, have a look in Control Panel>Device Manager (or in XP System>Hardware>Device Manager) to see if the device is in the list but with a yellow question or exclamation mark. If it has one, that means the driver has an issue so right click and go to Properties, then Driver and click the Update Driver button. Let the system scan the Net for a more up-to-date driver for your camera.
