I need help removing safefinder

So, I got the Safefinder virus again. This time however, nothing seems to be working.
Normally, safefinder pretends to be an extension, but this time, it won't show up in my
Chrome Extensions tab. I think I found the actual folder in windows explorer, but everytime i simply delete it, it comes back, which is why I think that is the safefinder folder, no other extension for instance adblock comes back after you delete it, you have to manually tell chrome to repair it.
Removing safe finder from my search engines doesn't work either as it keeps coming back...
Guys, I really need help, this thing has been a real pain the <mod edit> for a couple weeks now.

Have you tried running malwarebytes? its one of the suggestions here - Google link

Try hitman Pro trial - https/www.hitmanpro.com/en-us/hmp.aspx

are you running windows defender? Why not install and try https/www.bitdefender.com.au/solutions/free.html - it probably stop more things than Defender and likely stop this.

Should run Ublock Origin instead of ad block, likely block the site that you got that malware from. I can't get to a lot of sites as my protection stops them from loading.
