Hello,

I have a Janszen 130 4 element electrostatic speaker and one of the power supplies has died. Is there anywhere you know where I can get a schematic? I think these old speakers used a selenium rectifier that would often fail....is that correct???

selenium rectifier may or may not be the problem. High voltage is in this supply which is deadly shock hazard.
A tech who is qualified to work on high voltage could repair it without the schematic.

I'm a radio ham and use to working on high voltage circuits......One of the speakers just recently went out after 40 years of use. It blew the fuse and I assume it is a power supply problem but haven't dug into it yet.......

Thanks - Lee
