I need help

hi I just got my logitech z506 in the mail and the speakers work but the subwoofer won't put out any bass unless the bass control on the back is turned up all the way. is there anything I can do besides take it back or I'm doing something wrong.thanks

It is better to send it back to the seller because as I believe there is no software to overcome this problem and don't try to disassemble it """YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED"""

Yeah its sounds good but I don't like having the bass all the up sometimes I'll just get it replaced with. a new one thanks.
