I need the copy utility

I upgraded to 8.1 & downloaded driver for scanner. i need to copy utilities.

You don't think letting us know the make/model of the scanner is of any importance?

Not going to get many answers without it.

So sorry been dealing with multiple problems with windows 8.1 and hard drive being restored. Epson 4490 photo scanner. Downloaded driver for scan. Not abile fine copy Utilty to download.

Epson does not offer the copy utility for Windows 7 or 8 for that scanner. You might get the Vista version to work.
