i need to buy a workstation for 3ds max & ARCHITECTURAL work & rendering plus i need it to be with a good cooling system & not less than 8 Gb ram & good quality production that can stay some years with me
about the budget i can pay logical price i don't want it to be so expensive
& is Nvidia graphics are better than Atm or the opposite
please help me

You should not spend a lot of money until you learn what you really need. A used budget system can get you great performance at a fraction of the cost of a new system. I recommend you look into a used Dell Precision T7500 or T5500.
Here is a basic system that can get you started. Just add an SSD and fresh installation of windows. You get a 6 core cpu, and a nice starter GPU for less than the cost the cheapest new workstation.
