Question i need to convert hdmi output to toslink

My TV only supports hdmi output. I need to connect a starlink adapter to my TV to stream the audio to my hearing aids. The Starlink adapter only supports toslink input. So, how do I convert hdmi output to connect the toslink box?
BTW the TV does not seem to support ARC.

Hey now,
I use a J-Tech HDMI audio extractor. Plug HDMI cable in, use Toslink port to get audio. Here it is on Amazon, good luck!
