I need to find out the location or the imei of the phone being used before it was turned off

I have been receiving calls and texts from a number but anytime I try to call the number it's either my call is being busyed or the person turns off her fone immediately so I want to know the imei of the phone being used if it's possible

Nope. just block the # if they are unwanted

block the number or change yours

just add it to tour block list, Android, iPhone and even Windows phones have this option.
